Place chicken into large plastic bag and pour marinate over it, closing tightly. This can make it easy to turn the chicken for through coating. Marinate several hours at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator. Remove chicken from marinate, reserving liquid and place on heated grill. Baste chicken with remaining marinate while barbecuing. Chicken cooks quickly, so don’t cook more than 6-7 minutes per side. Turn and baste again. This is a scrumptious, quick chicken recipe. Barbecue a couple of extra pieces of chicken for adding to the next day’s raw salad. It’s so nutritious and easy.
