- 4 skin-on salmon filets, each about 8 oz. and 1” thick
- Olive oil for brushing
- Engage Organics It’s-A-Dilly
- Engage Organics Lemon Pepper
- 4 lemons cut into wedges
- Dill sprigs for garnish
Prepare medium-hot fire in grill. Place fine-mesh grill pan on grill, preheat 10 minutes.
Brush salmon on both sides with olive oil, season with It’s-A-Dilly and Lemon Pepper. Place salmon, skin side down, on preheated grill pan; scatter lemon wedges around edges of pan. Cover grill; cook until salmon just begins to flake easily and is almost completely opaque throughout (7-8 minutes), or until done to your liking. Transfer salmon to individual plates, garnish with dill sprigs. Serve with lemon wedges and fresh grilled veggies or top on wilted spinach for a great healthful omega 3 dinner. It’s especially delectable when paired with a good McFadden Organic Chardonnay.
