- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1 large onion, diced
- ½ lb. firm tofu, cubes
- 2 tsp Garlicsaltless
- ¼ head cabbage, shredded
- ½ cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tsp. grated fresh ginger root
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 2 Tbsp. Tamari (natural soy sauce)
- 2 Tbsp. All-Purpose
Heat 3 Tbsp. oil in heavy skillet or wok. Sauté onion, tofu, carrot, and garlic until onion is transparent. Add remaining vegetables and Engage organics All-Purpose. Stir fry 2-3 minutes. Add Tamari, cover and steam for several minutes until vegetables are tender.
Oil for deep frying & packaged egg roll wrappers. Spoon ¼ cup stir-fry mixture into each egg roll wrapper, roll according to package instructions, and deep fry until golden brown. Serve with hot mustard, sweet and sour sauce, or soy dipping sauce.
