Greek yogurt is nutrient dense and packs a double punch of protein and calcium. This dip is the perfect accompaniment to fresh veggies. No empty calories here.

Directions:

Peel and core cucumber, chop remaining cucumber into small dice. Place in a strainer and let drain until liquid is released. I placed the cucumber in the refrigerator overnight so it would completely drain, without adding salt to speed liquid release.

Combine yogurt, cucumber, Engage Organics Garlicsaltless, mint, and lemon until blended. Add fresh ground black pepper to taste.

This is a versatile dip that is delicious served with fresh bread and veggies. It is an excellent accompaniment to Greek lamb dishes.
